Improving Your Self-Esteem / PART 3

You are what you think!
Continuing with our inner journey to self-improvement, we are faced with the proverbial crossroad of life. The one road leads to harmony but is filled with obstacles and confrontations. You must hold each step accountable. Harnony requires effort.
The second road yields little if anything of value. It avoids all challenges and oppositions, susequently it leads to a life of stagnation.
The road to harmony demands faith and courage. Faith is the expectation of a positive outcome. It is the opposite of fear, the main culprit to low self esteem. If one screens life through faith, one challenges life and lives in positive expectation.  Lets continue in realizing a stronger self-esteem.

No. 5   Acknowledge yourself. Keep a journal and write your highlights of the day before going to sleep. Be sure to include three things you did well during the day. Big or small, it’s not of any consequence, as long as you allow yourself to feel acknowledged. It is important to recognize your acheivements.
No. 6   Give freely and receive accordingly.
Your self-worth is augmented when you are making a positive contribution. Subsequently you begin to feel more valuable, lifting your own self-esteem. But you should not expect to recieve more than what you have given. So give abundantly from your heart.

There are 12 tips in this lesson. The remainder will follow soon. © 2011 Unlimited Harmony - Tricotomas
