Improving Your Self-Esteem / PART 1

You are what you think! Your thoughts chart an inner journey that manifest itself outwardly to a favourable or unfavourable conclusion.  Your self-esteem is at the helm of your actions. It is motivated by fear (of failure, of rejection...) or it is motivated by faith (expectation of a positive result).
Lets get started in building a strong self-esteem. Although self-esteem denotes singularity it must include plurality. Self-esteem relies on outside sources for its approval such as family members, friends, or colleagues.

No 1.  Not one person has what you have.
People come in all shape and size. There will always be some people who have more than you and some who have less. Set personal and realistic goals for yourself and meet them.You are your own measuring stick. Keep your eyes off them and place it back on you.
You are a special creation with a special place on earth. Your personal traits belongs to you. Who can better show them off than you?

No. 2  Positive affirmation
High self-esteem is unreachable through negative affirmation. If you entertain negative thoughts about your abilities you will undoubtedly chart a course for destruction. Again set realistic goals for yourself and reach them. Negativity as no place in your life. Remind yourself that you are capable of obtaining positive results.
